Being part of a change process can be a pivotal moment in a career but also a time of high pressure and uncertainty
Through my research interviewing organisational change agents in large scale organisations I came to identify several common challenges faced by public sector professionals. These are challenges related to their sense of self, how they derive meaning from their work, remain motivated in complex projects and how to develop their career through the work that they do.
I work with individual clients, using a cognitive behavioural coaching approach to support the well-being and motivation of change agents. I support them in overcoming personal challenges within their role, and take control of the next steps in their organisation and their career
