
Most of what’s holding us back from writing is our mindset
After discovering a passion for supporting fellow researchers in higher education, in 2019 I undertook a Certificate in Coaching at the Centre for Coaching. Bringing together this trainings and my own personal journey as an academic writer, I use a cognitive behavioural coaching approach to provide support to staff and doctoral students on acomplishing writing goals, managing mindset and building resilience.
